Contact Details Widget
This widget contains contact information (i.e. phone number and email) for your TMC. The contact details widget is located on the Zeno dashboard, below the new booking button.
This makes it easy to reach out for assistance with your travel plans. For booking by phone, changing travel plans, or other travel queries, use the Contact Details widget for expert help.
Tip: If you would like assistance via email, please click the email icon . Clicking this icon will automatically open a new email window with a default subject line that includes the traveller's name and profile ID.
When to Contact your Travel Agent
Sometimes neither the chatbot nor the knowledge base search will have the answers, and you just need to speak with a human. In these cases, it's important to contact your TMC for personalised assistance.
Below are some situations where contacting your travel agent/travel consultant is crucial for tailored support and guidance.
- If you are unable to complete your booking
- If you submitted a booking but the booking failed (did not go through)
- No flight results are returned when you search for flights
- Have questions regarding a booking you made
- You have a flight credit for an airline that isn't offered any more; is there a way to apply for the credit
- Change Cost Centre after completing a booking
- Error message for invalid frequent flyer number
- Help to make a booking
- Cannot add a payment method
- You are unable to book a flight above a certain price point
- Issues with hotel booking
- Issues with rental car booking
