This widget provides essential contact information, specifically the phone number and email address, for your TMC or travel expert. It serves as a convenient resource for users who may need to reach out for assistance or inquiries related to their travel arrangements.
The contact details widget can be easily found on the Zeno dashboard, positioned directly beneath the new booking button. This strategic placement ensures that users have quick access to vital contact information, facilitating seamless communication with their TMC or travel expert whenever necessary.
This makes it easy to reach out for assistance with your travel plans. For booking by phone, changing travel plans, or other travel queries, use the Contact Details widget for expert help.
Tip - If you would like assistance via email, please click the email icon . Clicking this icon will automatically open a new email window with a default subject line that includes the traveller's name and profile ID.
When to Contact Your Travel Agent
Sometimes neither the chatbot nor the knowledge base search will have the answers, and you just need to speak with a human. In these cases, it's important to contact your TMC or travel expert for personalised assistance.
