The option to share unused ticket credit with other travellers or not is a result of Airline rules and/or company travel policy.
- The Ticket credits widget is displayed (via the Dashboard).
- Where the Corporate Company does not have the Unused Ticket Module activated, the widget will still display on the Dashboard, but in an empty state i.e. no unused tickets displayed.

My Credits
MY CREDITS displays unused tickets available for you to use when creating a booking.
If your company travel policy defines that unused tickets can be shared, you will potentially see unused tickets for other Travellers that are available for them to utilise.
Click the VIEW ALL link to view all available credits in the Ticket Management App.
My Travellers, Credits
MY TRAVELLERS’ CREDITS in only displayed where the user has access to other Traveller Profiles i.e. Travel Arrangers, Authorisers, and Corporate Admin users. This will not be displayed for Travellers.
By default, MY TRAVELLERS’ CREDITS will be displayed, and the widget will display the top five tickets about to expire for travellers the user has access to.
To view unused tickets available to themselves when they are travelling, the user simply selects MY CREDITS.
Click the VIEW ALL link to view all available credits in the Ticket Management App.
