When troubleshooting complex issues, it is sometimes necessary for our Support Team to obtain additional information about the network requests that are generated in your browser while an issue occurs. You may be requested to record a HAR file, or a log of network requests, while that issue is occurring and then provide that to the Support Team for further analysis.
Creating a HAR File

Open Google Chrome.
- Navigate and log in to Zeno.
- On your keyboard, press F12 or press CTRL+SHIFT+I to open the Developer Tools.
- Click on the Network tab and ensure the Preserve log checkbox is selected.
- Click the Record button.
Click the Clear button (next to the record button) to clear out any previous network logs.
- Complete the transaction/ process that you have been having difficulty with.
- Once you have recreated your issue, right-click in the grid and select Save as HAR with content from the menu.
- Save the file on your computer.

Open Microsoft Edge.
- Navigate and log in to Zeno.
- On your keyboard, press F12 or press CTRL+SHIFT+I to open the Developer Tools.
- Click on the Network tab and ensure the Preserve log checkbox is selected.
- Select the Record network log icon (or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ E) to start recording the session.
- Complete the transaction/process you have been having difficulty with and click the Stop recording network log icon .
- Once you have recreated your issue, click the Export HAR icon .
- Save the file on your computer.
