Confirm Page Enhancements |

The confirm page will be structured with an “Action Centre” at the top of the page, helping travellers/travel arrangers locate, review and action any outstanding items quickly and easily. Travellers/travel arrangers will be able to perform actions for each segment on the Confirm page. This means there’s no more scrolling up and down the page to ensure all items are actioned before confirming a booking, streamlining the booking process for more efficient bookings. Find out more. |

New Booking Experience Feedback Form - Powered by Survicate |

Last year Serko introduced a booking experience feedback form that was presented to travellers and travel arrangers upon completion of a booking. In our ongoing commitment to improving Zeno, we have replaced the feedback form with a new feedback survey powered by Survicate. The survey enables travellers/travel arrangers to provide us with feedback about their booking experience and allows us to measure customer satisfaction with Zeno. Find out more. |

Ticket Credits Widget |

Serko has introduced new enhancements to its unused ticket credit capabilities in Zenoby introducing an unused ticket credit widget and app on the Zeno dashboard. This widget will give upfront visibility of available credits and flag the priority of each as high, medium and low based on expiry date.
This latest release adds to Zeno's existing unused ticket capabilities which make it easy for clients to manage and use available flight credits by automatically applying these to a booking based on expiry date and the carrier and fare selected. |
