Mobile Responsive - A website that is optimised such that the information and layout adjust to the user's device. The term "mobile optimised" is also sometimes used to describe this. Most of Zeno operates in this manner.
The Zeno mobile native booking workflow has been discontinued as of 15th November 2024. This change aims to improve user experience by simplifying the booking process. The new responsive workflow adjusts to various devices, making it easy for users to navigate and complete their bookings, regardless of screen size.
At present, Zeno does not offer integration with external taxi services such as UBER or Lyft. This limitation indicates that users are unable to utilise the Zeno Mobile app to book rides through these popular taxi services. To use these services, you must book directly through their mobile apps, which are easily accessible on your smartphone. You cannot book rides via Zeno's platform and must use the individual apps.
How to access the Zeno Mobile app to create and manage corporate travel?
Screenshots are taken using an iOS device. The look and feel of the mobile app UI may differ on other devices, particularly those running on different operating systems like Android.
- Access the Zeno app on your phone.
- Select the TRAVEL option.
- On the Travel details screen, tap the Can't log in? link.
Tip- Non-SSO User
If you know your Zeno email and password, then you can use those the first time you log into Zeno. If you have not logged into Zeno on your desktop before, you will use the system-generated password that was emailed to you and you will then be required to change your password upon login to the mobile app. The changed password will now also be your desktop password.
- An information dialog is displayed. Enter your Email address OR an alternate login and tap the Submit option.
Note - If an alternate login option has been configured, the alternate login option MUST be used and NOT your email address. This is because your alternate login credential overrides your email address. To configure an alternate login option, please contact your TMC admin.
- SSO users must have a valid email address stored against their Zeno profile. Simply key your email address into the app and request a one-time-use passcode for Zeno Mobile by clicking the link. The passcode is then emailed to you and you enter it into the password field. SSO users are not asked to set/reset any password and the passcode is a one-time only thing. You need to enter a PIN that will be required for future use of the app.
A one-time passcode will be auto-generated and a Password Reset Verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Use this passcode to access Zeno mobile.
- Enter your Zeno Email address or an alternate login, Password and tap LOG IN. The Welcome screen is displayed.
- On the Welcome screen, tap the NEXT button to provide some information about your personal preferences. This information will be used to tailor the content displayed to you inside the app. You can tap SKIP and provide personal preferences information later in the My Profile section.
Upon selecting the SKIP option, the Create PIN screen is displayed.
- Select your four digit PIN.
This PIN will be used to unlock the app on the mobile device instead of having to re-login each time. Each time a user authenticates via the pin a check is made in the background to ensure the user’s login credentials are still valid.
- On the Confirm PIN screen, re-enter your newly created PIN to confirm.
You are now ready to book your travel using the Zeno mobile app.
- Access the Zeno app on your phone.
- On the PIN screen, tap Forgot.
- From the Login screen, enter your Email address or alternate login, Password and tap Submit.
You will then be prompted to ‘Create a PIN’ and ‘Confirm PIN’.
- Access the Zeno app on your phone.
- Select the TRAVEL option.
- Select Can't log in?, enter your Email address or alternate login detail, and tap Submit.
A one-time passcode will be auto-generated and sent to your email address. Use this passcode to access Zeno mobile. You will need to reset your Zeno password and once this is completed, you can access the mobile app.
A profile will automatically be deactivated when a user enters incorrect login credentials and exceeds the number of failed login attempts. Refer to Activate a Profile for details.
