How do I Create a Traveller Profile?
Note
You may find that the option to edit your traveller profile directly within Zeno is unavailable, as the Edit link may not appear on your profile page. This situation typically arises when your TMC uses a different system for managing traveller profiles. If you need to make any changes to your profile, it is advisable to reach out to your TMC for assistance. They will be able to guide you through the necessary steps to update your information effectively.
Travellers
Important Note
A traveller cannot create a profile or add a new traveller. They can only manage their profile.
Travel Arrangers

From the menu, expand Profiles and then select Create profiles from the drop-down menu.
The Create a new profile dialog is displayed.
- Complete the following...

Select an Account type.
Note
- The Account Type should be left as Online User when creating a profile for a Traveller/Travel Arranger/ Authoriser.
- Corporate Admin should only be used when the profile being created is for a Travel Administrator within a company that has access to all profiles and cost centres within the company.

Select a Title from the drop-down list and enter the traveller's First name and Last name.
Important Note
Please enter the traveller's legal name as it appears in their passport. Zeno does not support the inclusion of the middle name. If the traveller has a middle name, it's best to include it with their first name. This ensures their full name is accurately represented and helps establish their identity more clearly.
- Select a Gender radio button.
- Enter the traveller's Email address.
- Select the Traveller default cost centre from the list.

Click Create.
Note
When you create a profile, Zeno will check to see if there’s already a profile with the same First Name, Surname, and Email address that you've entered on the Create a new profile page. If a profile with the same First Name, Surname, and Email Address already exists, you’ll see a prompt. Each profile needs to have a unique combination of these fields.
Tip
For the user to now use their profile to log in to Zeno or have travel booked for them, the following details must still be completed...
- Mandatory fields within the Personal Information section
- Mandatory fields within the Custom Fields
- Roles allocated
