Encouraging users to create a traveller profile, even if they only travel occasionally, can indeed save time and enhance their experience.
It is important the information entered during the booking process is 100% accurate. Errors, such as misspelled names can result in airlines having to re-issue tickets; which can be expensive.
The capturing of traveller's preferences and airline memberships means the Travellers can rest easy knowing this information will always be passed on to suppliers.
Your company travel policy will determine whether you have permission to create a Traveller Profile.
