A profile will automatically be deactivated when a user enters incorrect login credentials and exceeds the number of failed login attempts. In this instance, the user may contact their Travel Administrator to reactivate their profile.
Once a profile has been deactivated, it can be reactivated at anytime.
Your company's travel policy will determine whether you have permission to manage profiles and subsequently deactivate a profile.
How do I activate a profile?

Important Note
A traveller CANNOT activate their profile. If you'd like to reactivate your profile, please send an email request to your Travel Administrator.
Travel Arrangers
- Navigate to the profile page.

Click the ACTIVATE link.
The status of the profile will now be Active.
