Profiles can be either deactivated or anonymised.
By deactivating a profile, the user will no longer be able to...
- Log in to Zeno
- Book travel for themselves or others
- Have travel booked on their behalf
A profile will automatically be deactivated when a user enters incorrect login credentials and exceeds the number of failed login attempts (three attempts). In this instance, the user may contact their Travel Administrator to reactivate their profile.
Once a profile has been deactivated - it can be reactivated at any time.
Your company travel policy will determine whether you have permission to manage profiles and subsequently deactivate a profile.
By anonymising a profile, the profile is deactivated and all personal information (such as names, contact details, memberships, preferences, password and visa information, and saved credit cards) is removed from the profile as well as from the bookings and unused tickets records created with this profile.
A profile will automatically be anonymised after being deactivated for 12 months.
How do I Deactivate or Anonymise a Profile?

- As a travel arranger, you CANNOT anonymise profiles. If you'd like to anonymise a profile, please send an email request to your Travel Administrator.
- Navigate to the profile page.
- Click the DEACTIVATE link.
- Click the CONFIRM link on the confirmation dialog.
The status of the profile will now be Inactive.
