Zeno provides a handy feature for Travel Arrangers to link travellers to their profiles, making booking and management easier. This allows Travel Arrangers to create a personalised list of travellers, simplifying the trip organisation and ensuring quick access to all necessary information for each traveller.
When a traveller's profile is connected to a Travel Arranger, they receive an automated email notification. This email confirms the link, ensuring clear communication and transparency. This feature improves travel management efficiency, allowing Travel Arrangers to manage multiple travellers and their bookings more easily.
How do I manage my travellers?
When a Travel Arranger has linked your profile to theirs, you will receive an email from the Travel Arranger advising your profiles are now linked.
Currently, as a Traveller you cannot view which Travel Arrangers have linked their profiles to yours through your profile, so it is a good idea to keep the email notification as a record.
- Navigate to your profile page.
- Expand the Travellers section and click the Add Travellers link.
The Add travellers section is displayed.
- You can search for travellers either by name or email address and add a traveller or multiple travellers at the same time.
- Click Add.
The selected traveller/s are now linked to your profile.
NoteWhen you link a traveller to your profile, an email is sent to the traveller's stored email address, informing them that you can now manage their travel bookings.
