Manage Membership and Loyalty Programs

Storing membership and loyalty programme details in a profile means these details are automatically used during booking. This eliminates the need for manual entry each time, making the booking process smoother. It saves time and reduces errors, ensuring travellers always receive their loyalty benefits and rewards.
Membership details include various loyalty and rewards programmes. These cover frequent flyer or Airpoints numbers for earning airline miles or points, hotel loyalty programmes for accumulating and using points at hotels, rental car rewards for benefits and discounts with partnered car rental companies, and train reward programmes for perks with specific train services. Together, these programmes enhance the travel experience across different transport and accommodation options.

Note

Alternatively, you can include your Membership and Loyalty program details while booking on the Recommended Itinerary page. Just expand the frequent flyer or membership panel and click on the ADD MEMBERSHIP link.

Any membership information added during the booking process will automatically be saved in the profile for future use.

How to Add Membership Details to a Profile?

To add membership details to a profile...

  1. Navigate to the profile page.

    Expand the Memberships section to update frequent flyer and other loyalty program information.

    Adding Frequent Flyer Membership/Airpoints Number Details

    To add frequent flyer membership/airpoints number details...

    1. Expand the frequent flyer membership section and click the Add a frequent flyer membership link.

    2. Enter the membership details and click Add.
      The frequent flyer detail is added to the profile.

    Adding Hotel Membership Details

    Important Note

    To be able to book discounted prices and take advantage of other membership benefits, travellers should have their hotel membership information stored in their Zeno profile (or add one at the time of booking) as membership details are mandatory for booking such rates.

    Chains/properties do not honour membership benefits for bookings made through aggregator channels such as Booking.com, nor do they make member-only rates available to the aggregators.

    1. Expand the hotel memberships section and click the Add a hotel membership link.

    2. Enter the membership details and click Add.
      The hotel membership detail is added to the profile.

    Adding Rental Car Membership Details

    1. Expand the rental car memberships section and click the Add a rental car membership link.

    Deleting Frequent Flyer and Other Loyalty Programs

    To delete frequent flyer and other loyalty programs...

    1. Expand the Memberships program section and click the Delete icon icon_delete.png next to a membership you want to delete.
    2. On the confirmation dialog, click Delete.

     

    Editing Frequent Flyer and Other Loyalty Program Details

    To edit frequent flyer and other loyalty programs...

    1. Expand the Memberships program section and click the Edit icon edit_icon.png next to a membership you want to modify.
    2. Make the necessary updates and click Save.
