Add Seating Preferences - Specific Seat Number
When it comes to air travel, passengers often have seating preferences that can affect their overall experience with an airline. These preferences can differ quite a bit from person to person and may be influenced by factors such as personal comfort, the purpose of travel, and the duration of the flight.
Zeno allows users to specify their seating preferences, but these requests depend on the airline's confirmation. Therefore, there's no guarantee that the chosen seat will be allocated. Additionally, some seating options may incur extra charges, impacting the overall booking cost.
- Expand the seating preferences section and click the Add a seating preference link.
The Add a seating preference section is displayed.
- Enter the necessary details and click Add.
The seating preference is added to the profile.
Add Dietary Requirements
Passengers often have dietary preferences that can affect their overall experience with an airline. Factors influencing these choices can include personal taste, cultural background, ethical considerations, and specific health requirements.
Meal requests made in advance might not always be fulfilled. The actual availability of these meals depends on confirmation from the airline. To help ensure that your meal preference is taken into account, it’s a good idea to reach out to the airline directly before your trip. This way, you can check that your specific dietary needs or preferences are acknowledged and will be provided for during your flight.
- Expand the dietary requirements section and click the Add a dietary requirement link.
The Add a dietary requirement section is displayed.
- Select a Requirement from the drop-down list and click Add.
The dietary requirement is added to the profile.
Add Special Service Requests
Special Service Requests (SSRs) enable airlines to recognise and cater to the specific needs of travellers who may require additional assistance or special facilities. These requests are essential for ensuring that all passengers, regardless of their circumstances, can enjoy a comfortable and seamless travel experience.
When a traveller has an SSR in their profile, it is automatically sent to the airline during reservation, enabling them to prepare and allocate resources to meet the traveller's needs.
Examples include wheelchair requests, medical cases, and meet and assist services.
- Expand the special service requests section and click the Add a special service request link.
The Add a special service request section is displayed.
- Select an Item from the drop-down list, add some comments for the requested service and click Add.
The special service request is added to the profile.
Add Other Service Information Items
Other Service Information (OSI) refers to the specific preferences or requirements that travellers communicate to airlines. While OSI offers insights into a traveller's expectations, it typically doesn't require action from airlines. Instead, it serves as additional information to help airlines better meet customer preferences and enhance the travel experience.
- Expand the other service information items section and click the Add other service information link.
