My Credits/My Travellers Credits/Expired
The same logic as described in the previous section for the widget also applies to the Ticket Management App.
- MY CREDITS will display unused tickets available to the user when they are travelling.
- MY TRAVELLERS' CREDITS is only displayed where the user has access to other Traveller Profiles i.e. Travel Arrangers, Authorisers, Corporate Admin users. My Travellers Credits will display all unused tickets linked to the Admin Default Cost Centre and lower.
- EXPIRED - Currently under development.
Sharing Unused Tickets
A messaging box will be displayed communicating to the user if tickets can be shared or not.
Depending on airline rules and company travel policy there can be a combination of unused tickets that can be shared/not shared. In the example shown above the company travel policy defines that unused tickets can only be utilised by the original traveller – so no sharing is permitted./p
Where the Padlock icon is displayed alongside a traveller name – this indicates the Unused Ticket cannot be shared. When you mouse over the Padlock icon this advises that the ticket can only be used by that traveller.
Ticket Information
To view additional information about the unused ticket, mouse over the logo alongside the ticket number.
Ticket Not Redeemable Online
Where a ticket is not redeemable online the ticket row will display as grey. If you mouse over the grey row the tooltip will communicate the unused ticket cannot be redeemed online.
Pre-Booking View
The purpose of the Pre-Booking view is to allow a Traveller/Travel Arranger to view unused tickets as they would if they were in the booking process – but without having to set up the booking.
The Pre-Booking View requires a Traveller and Cost Centre to be selected as these are the two main criteria when displaying unused tickets during the booking process.
Upon selecting a Traveller / Cost Centre combination, the relevant unused tickets will be displayed with the appropriate sharing indicator.
The same defaults as the booking process will apply. i.e. for Travellers the Travellers own profile will default as the Traveller and their Traveller Default Cost Centre will default as the Cost Centre; for Travel Arrangers, they will select a Traveller and the Cost Centre will default based on the Traveller Default Cost Centre linked to the selected Traveller profile.
Where a Traveller can travel for multiple cost centres, there is the option to select an alternative cost centre.
