Creating a booking as a draft allows the ability to complete the booking later, within the specified expiry period. But there can be times when the Draft booking is no longer required.
You can either just let the Draft booking expire,
OR
You can delete the Draft booking following the steps outlined below.
Your company travel policy will determine whether you just have access to draft bookings you created OR draft bookings for all your travellers.
How do you delete a draft booking?
To delete a draft booking...
- On the Booking widget, select the DRAFT tab,
Tip
If the required Draft booking is not displayed, select VIEW ALL to go to the Booking List and select the DRAFT tab for a full list of draft bookings.
- Click the Delete icon .
Important Note
You will not be prompted to confirm the deletion - it will be deleted. There will be no audit trail that the draft booking ever existed.
