How to Complete a Draft Booking?
To complete a draft booking...

On the Booking widget, select the DRAFT tab.
Tip
If the required Draft booking is not displayed, select VIEW ALL to go to the Booking List and select the DRAFT tab for a full list of draft bookings.

Click the RESUME link for a draft booking you want to modify. The Confirm page for the selected draft booking will be displayed.

When creating a draft booking, the inventory put on hold has limited availability; therefore, there is a high chance of certain sectors being sold out when the traveller/travel arranger resumes a draft booking. Click the REFRESH ITINERARY button to search for items in the itinerary again. The Recommended Itinerary page will be displayed.
- Make any necessary updates to your itinerary and continue with one of the following options...
- Click the CONTINUE TO EXTRAS button to personalise the itinerary, OR
- Click the EXPRESS CHECKOUT button.
- On the Confirm page, click the Expand icon
for each component to view itinerary details, as required.

Complete all Corporate Compliance requirements for the booking.
Tip
The items displayed for Corporate Compliance may differ from the screenshot shown above, depending on your company's travel policy.
- Depending on your company's travel policy, you may be required to accept rules and conditions for airfares and room rates and/or acknowledge instant purchase segments, as shown in the screenshot above.
- Select the Read and accept rules and provider terms and conditions checkbox and click the Book button to complete the booking.
Tip
In the instance where your company travel policy has unrestricted access to draft bookings, where a draft booking is resumed and completed by someone other than the person who created the draft booking, this will be captured in the booking Audit Trail.
