There are times when the nominated authoriser linked to a booking needs to be changed. Providing the booking has a status of Pending Approval, you will be permitted to change the nominated authoriser.

Retrieve your booking.
Important Note
The status of the booking must be Pending Approval to change the Authoriser
- Expand the Booking details card.
- Expand the Additional details pane to view details.
- Click the Edit icon next to the Authoriser name.
- Select an authoriser from the drop-down list.
- Click Save. The Authoriser linked to the booking has changed and an email notification is sent to the newly appointed authoriser.
