Sometimes it becomes necessary to change the nominated authoriser associated with a particular booking. This situation may arise for various reasons, such as changes in personnel or shifts in responsibilities within an organisation. However, it is important to note that this modification can only be carried out under specific conditions.
To successfully change the nominated authoriser, the booking must have a status of 'Pending Approval'. This status indicates that the booking has not yet been finalised or confirmed, allowing for adjustments to be made as required. Once the approval process is underway or completed, the opportunity to change the nominated authoriser may no longer be available. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that any necessary changes are executed promptly while the booking remains in this pending state.

Retrieve your booking.
Important Note
The status of the booking must be Pending Approval to change the Authoriser
- Expand the Booking details card.
- Expand the Additional details pane to view details.
- Click the Edit icon
next to the Authoriser name.
- Select an authoriser from the drop-down list.
- Click Save. The Authoriser linked to the booking has changed and an email notification is sent to the newly appointed authoriser.
