A combination of your user permissions, content and status of the booking will determine whether you can cancel a hotel booking online or whether you will need to contact your Travel Expert to cancel the booking on your behalf.
How to Cancel/Delete a Hotel Booking?
To cancel/delete a hotel booking...
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click ACTIONS for a hotel you want to cancel booking for and select Cancel hotel booking from the drop-down list.
- On the Cancel Hotel confirmation dialog, as shown in the following screenshot, click Yes.
Tip
- If there is a cancellation policy, you will be required to Accept it, to continue with the cancellation.
- If you choose to Decline the cancellation policy, you will be returned to the itinerary and the booking will not be cancelled.
- In some scenarios where cancelling a hotel may incur a hotel cancellation fee, the Cancel Hotel Sector confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Accept to continue with the cancellation process.
The hotel is removed from the itinerary.
- If there is a cancellation policy, you will be required to Accept it, to continue with the cancellation.
