If your booking includes additional components like a hotel, you'll be asked to cancel the hotel reservation when you cancel the original booking. However, if you only wish to cancel your flight, please contact your travel expert.
How to Cancel a Booking Post Ticketing (Cancel the Entire Trip)?
- Retrieve your booking.

Expand the MANAGE menu and select Cancel entire trip from the drop-down list.

On the Cancel Booking confirmation dialog, click ACCEPT.
NoteIf there is a hotel in the booking, depending on your company travel policy, you may be required to acknowledge/accept the hotel cancellation policy.
Where there is more than one step to initiate the cancellation process of an entire booking, the number of steps is displayed,
Upon selecting YES the next step in the cancellation process is displayed.

On the Cancel flight(s) confirmation dialog, review the Fare Rules, select the I understand and accept all checkbox and click ACCEPT.
Zeno will initiate the cancellation of the airline booking. A successful cancellation will redirect you to the Zeno post-booking itinerary screen and your booking status will be set to Cancelled.
TipZeno will capture details in the booking audit trail for a successful air cancellation.
