When you make a hotel booking, the reservation is confirmed immediately. But sometimes changes need to be made. Zeno enables you to make modifications to your reservation.
Note
Some cancellations or modifications of any reservation is subject to the cancellation policies of the rate booked. Certain rates may not be cancelled or modified.
Important Note
You may not have access to certain features within Zeno, depending on the content provider selected by your organisation.
How to change the dates of a hotel reservation?
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click ACTIONS for a hotel and select Change hotel dates from the drop-down list.
- If changing the hotel sector incurs hotel change fees, the Change Hotel Sector confirmation dialog is displayed.
- Click Yes.
The Change Hotel Dates dialog is displayed.
- Make the necessary updates to the Check-In and Check-out dates/times as required and click Ok. The Finished dialog is displayed.
- Click Ok. Changes are applied to your hotel booking for the selected itinerary.
