When you make a hotel booking, the reservation is confirmed immediately. But sometimes changes need to be made. Zeno enables you to make modifications to your reservation.
Note
Some cancellations or modifications of any reservation are subject to the cancellation policies of the rate booked. Certain rates may not be cancelled or modified.
How to change a hotel reservation?
To change a hotel reservation...
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click ACTIONS for a hotel and select Change hotel booking from the drop-down list.
- If changing the hotel sector incurs hotel change fees, the Change Hotel Sector confirmation dialog is displayed.
- Click Yes.
The Modify Booking - Hotel Changes page is displayed, - Make the necessary updates and click the Search Hotel Availability button. A list of available hotels is displayed.
- Click the SELECT button to select a hotel/ room rate. A
button is displayed for a hotel you have selected.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- If you have broken company policy you will be required to provide a reason.
- If there is a cancellation policy, click Accept to continue with the booking.
- Depending on your company policy, select additional information from the Special Requests dialog.
- Click Ok. Changes are applied to your hotel booking for the selected itinerary.
