How to change a flight pre-ticketing?
- Retrieve your booking.
- Expand the MANAGE menu and select Advanced flight changes from the drop-down list.
Note
If the Advanced flight changes option is not displayed...
- You either do not have permission to modify the booking, OR
- The booking does not meet the criteria to make the change using this option
Contact your internal Travel Administrator for help.
- If your booking has a hotel and/or car the prompt below will be displayed,
Click Ok to continue or click Cancel to return to the Booking Details page.
By default, the city fields will be disabled. To enable these, to change your route, select the Make changes to the route checkbox,
TipIf you need additional flights, select the checkbox to enable additional flight details to be entered.
- Select the required date/time for the new flight(s) and click the Search Air Availability button.
The Air Availability information is displayed.

Select the required fare(s) and click the Next button.
The Price Increase dialog is displayed.
- Select an option from the Select Authoriser drop-down list.
Tip
Depending on your company policy, you may or may not be required to...
- Select an Authoriser
- Select an alternative fare if the additional cost exceeds your company tolerance amount
- Select a reason for the change
- Click Ok.

Depending on your company policy, you may or may not be required to...
- Accept the Fare Rules
- Provide a break policy reason if you have broken company policy
If you have changed/added flights, and have hotel/car bookings in your itinerary, remember to change hotel/car bookings so they align with the new flight dates.
