How to change a flight post-ticketing?
To change a flight post ticketing...
- Retrieve your booking.
- Expand the MANAGE menu and select Advanced flight changes from the drop-down list.
Tip
If the Advanced flight changes option is not displayed...
- You either do not have permission to modify the booking, OR
- The booking does not meet the criteria to make the change using this option
Contact your internal Travel Administrator for help.
- On the Advanced Flight Changes dialog, click Ok.
Tip
The reference to the hotel sector in the prompt will only be displayed if hotel/car sector(s) exist in the booking.
By default, all sectors are selected for change.
Note- Changes to the route are not permitted and as such are disabled for changes.
- If the Date / Time for a sector has passed, or the sector does not allow changes based on airline rules, the sector will be disabled for changes.
- Clear the checkbox for the sectors that you do not want to change.
- Select the required date/time for the new flight(s) and click the Search Air Availability button.
The Air Availability information is displayed
- Select the required fare(s) and click the Next button.
Tip
The new fare must be...
- Equal or higher than the original fare
- On the same airline as the original fare
- Based on the same route
Fares that meet the above criteria will be enabled for selection. Fares that do not meet the criteria will be disabled.
The Price Increase dialog is displayed.
- Select an option from the Select Authoriser drop-down list.

- Select an alternative fare if the additional cost exceeds your company tolerance amount
- Select a reason for the change
- Click Ok.
