- Add a rental car so it is aligned with your flights.

How to add a rental car to an existing booking?
- Retrieve your booking.
- Go to the flight that will arrive in the city where the rental car is required.
- Click ACTIONS and select Add a rental car from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Car Changes page is displayed.
TipThe city and dates will default based on the flights.
The search options shown above may differ from what is shown on your screen.

Select Pick-up and Drop-off dates and click the Search Car Availability button. A list of rental car companies along with available car rentals is displayed.
Tip- To view a rental car location on a map, click the Show Map link.
- To view additional information and car rules, click on the Information icon .
- If you select a rental car that breaks policy, click on the Broken policy icon to view the policy rules.
- Click a radio button to select a rental car.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- If you have broken company policy you will be required to provide a reason.
- If there is a cancellation policy, you will be required to Accept it, to continue with the booking. Click the Next button to continue.
Upon completing the Break Policy details, select Ok to continue.
- Select the Extras checkbox to add a Navigation System to your rental car and depending on your company policy, you may be required to select additional information from the Special Requests dialog.
- Click Ok. The rental car will be added to your booking.
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click the ADD button and select Add a rental car from the drop-down list.
