Sometimes, you have made a booking and then need to come back and add a rental car at a later stage.
There are two options for adding a rental car to a booking...
- Add a rental car that is tied to your itinerary (aligned with flights) - Zeno will consider the cities of both your flight's arrival and departure, as well as the specific timings associated with these flights. This means that Zeno will carefully evaluate the details of your journey, ensuring that all relevant factors are taken into account. By doing so, Zeno aims to provide you with the most accurate information and assistance, tailored to your itinerary.
- Add a rental car that isn't tied to your itinerary (not aligned with flights) - Zeno does not consider the specific cities or times associated with your flight's arrival and departure. This means that regardless of where you are flying to or from, as well as the scheduled times for your flights, Zeno's functionality remains unaffected. This method streamlines user interaction with Zeno, removing the need for flight details.
How do I add a rental car to an existing booking?
- Retrieve your booking.
- Go to the flight that will arrive in the city where the rental car is required.
- Click ACTIONS and select Add a rental car from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Car Changes page is displayed.
TipThe city and dates will default based on the flights.
The search options shown above may differ from what is shown on your screen.

Select Pick-up and Drop-off dates and click the Search Car Availability button. A list of rental car companies along with available car rentals is displayed.
Tip- To view a rental car location on a map, click the Show Map link.
- To view additional information and car rules, click on the Information icon
.
- If you select a rental car that breaks policy, click on the Broken policy icon
to view the policy rules.
- Click a radio button to select a rental car.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- If you have broken company policy you will be required to provide a reason.
- If there is a cancellation policy, you will be required to Accept it, to continue with the booking. Click the Next button to continue.
Upon completing the Break Policy details, select Ok to continue.
- Select the Extras checkbox to add a Navigation System to your rental car, and depending on your company policy, you may be required to select additional information from the Special Requests dialog.
- Click Ok. The rental car will be added to your booking.
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click the ADD button and select Add a rental car from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Car Changes page is displayed.
TipWhen including a rental car that doesn't quite fit with your itinerary...
- The city and dates will default based on the flights.
- The Pick-up City field is populated with the default city populated in the traveller's profile.
- If no default city is populated in the traveller's profile, the Pick-up City field will be blank.
Select Pick-up and Drop-off dates and click the Search Car Availability button. A list of rental car companies along with available car rentals is displayed.
