This means that regardless of where you are flying to or from, as well as the scheduled times for your flights, Zeno's functionality remains unaffected. This method streamlines user interaction with Zeno, removing the need for flight details.
In certain situations, you may not be able to add a hotel to an existing booking if you don't have the necessary permissions to modify it. Also, if the hotel is fully booked or restricted by company policy, adding it won't be possible. Furthermore, if a travel arranger takes over a booking, no further changes can be made to that booking, including the addition of hotels and other modifications. In such a situation, reach out to your travel expert for guidance.
How do I add a hotel to an existing/current booking?
- Retrieve your booking.
- Go to the flight that will arrive in the city where the hotel is required.
- Click ACTIONS and select Add a hotel from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Hotel Changes page is displayed.
TipThe city and dates will default based on the flights.
The search options shown above may differ from what is shown on your screen.

Select Check-In and Check-out dates and click the Search Hotel Availability button. A list of available hotels is displayed.

- Click the SELECT button to select a hotel/ room rate. A
button is displayed for the hotel you have selected.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- If you have broken company policy, you will be required to provide a reason.
- If there is a cancellation policy, you will be required to Accept it to continue with the booking.
Upon completing the Break Policy details, select Ok to continue.
- Depending on your company policy, you may be required to select additional information from the Special Requests dialog.
- Click Ok. The hotel will be added to your booking.
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click the ADD button and select Add a hotel from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Hotel Changes page is displayed.
TipWhen including a hotel that doesn't quite fit with your itinerary...
- The city and dates will not default based on the flights
- The Closest city field is populated with the default city populated in the traveller's profile.
- If no default city is populated in the traveller's profile, the Closest city field will be blank.
