Travel plans can change unexpectedly, requiring adjustments to your original arrangements. For example, you might need to add an accommodation to your upcoming travel. Being able to include a hotel reservation in your existing plans offers the flexibility to adapt to new circumstances and preferences. This ensures your travel experience stays smooth and stress-free, accommodating any new needs.
There are two options for adding a hotel to a booking...
- Add a hotel so it is aligned with your flights.
- Add a hotel that does not need to be aligned with your flights.
How to add a hotel to an existing/current booking?
- Retrieve your booking.
- Go to the flight that will arrive in the city where the hotel is required.
- Click ACTIONS and select Add a hotel from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Hotel Changes page is displayed.
TipThe city and dates will default based on the flights.
The search options shown above may differ from what is shown on your screen.

Select Check-In and Check-out dates and click the Search Hotel Availability button. A list of available hotels is displayed.
Tip- To view the hotel location on a map, click the Location pin .
- To view additional information and room rates, click on .
- Click the SELECT button to select a hotel/ room rate. A button is displayed for a hotel you have selected.
- Click the Next button to continue.
- If you have broken company policy you will be required to provide a reason.
- If there is a cancellation policy, you will be required to Accept it, to continue with the booking.
Upon completing the Break Policy details, select Ok to continue.
- Depending on your company policy, you may be required to select additional information from the Special Requests dialog.
- Click Ok. The hotel will be added to your booking.
- Retrieve your booking.
- Click the ADD button and select Add a hotel from the drop-down list.
The Modify Booking - Hotel Changes page is displayed.
