The Clone Booking functionality is currently accessible exclusively within our legacy product, known as Serko Online (Classic). At this moment, the UI has not been integrated into Zeno. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to develop and enhance Zeno.
- Copying an existing booking using the same dates for a different traveller.
- Copying an existing booking for the same traveller but on different dates.
Note
When it comes to cloning a booking in Zeno, there are a few important features to keep in mind.
- If you want to clone individual parts of a journey, like just flights, just rental cars, or just hotels, it’s quite straightforward as long as those parts are booked separately.
- If you are looking to clone a connected trip that includes a combination of flights, hotel and rental car all in one itinerary, please be aware that Zeno currently only supports cloning the flight sector.
How to clone a booking?
To clone a booking...

Retrieve a booking you want to clone.
If the original booking was created through Serko Online Classic, you will be re-directed to Serko Online Classic - go to step 3.
If the original booking was created through Zeno, the booking details will be displayed in Zeno, go to step 2.

On the Booking Details page, expand the MANAGE menu and select Manage booking from the drop-down list.

On the Bookings- Manage booking page, expand the More Actions menu and click the Clone link in the drop-down list.

Complete the Initial Setup details, including Date, Traveller(s), Cost Centre and Travel Components.

Click the Clone button.
Important Note
Should the airline, class of travel, car type or hotel rate for the original booking not be available, the relevant screen will be displayed to select an alternative option.
Note
If Fare Rules are configured, the Fare Rules dialog is displayed. Select the Accept button.

Select the Additional Details tab and complete the highlighted fields. If the booking includes an Instant Purchase Fare, you are required to agree to provider's conditions.

Click the Finish button to submit the booking.
Tip
If you do not have all the information required to complete the booking, then click the Hold Booking button. This option will not create a booking; therefore, the seats and prices cannot be guaranteed; rather a Draft Booking is created. The booking can be completed at a later stage.
