Meal Request

Many airlines can accommodate special dietary requirements for their travellers. Meal request details are displayed on the Extras page.

Where a Traveller has a meal request stored in their profile, this will be displayed in the Meals panel and automatically applied to the flight.

Where a Traveller does not have a meal request stored in their profile, this will be highlighted, along with the option to add a meal request.

Where the airline (or airfare) does not include a meal, and subsequently meal requests are not relevant - this will be highlighted.

How to Add a Meal Request?

1. Click anywhere on the Meals row for the required flight,

   

2. Click the Regular meal drop-down list and select a meal option,

   

3. Click the Save link. The selected meal request is reflected on the meals row of the flight card,

   

   To change the meal request click anywhere on the Meals row.

   Tip

   The meal request selected will be stored against the Traveller Profile for future use.
