The Setup page requires you to complete the following...
Setup Page Components
The Setup page consists of different sections that help you build your itinerary. Each of these sections plays a crucial role in ensuring that you can organise your travel plans effectively and efficiently.
Select Traveller
To initiate a booking, you have the option to search for either your own profile or the profile of a traveller associated with your organisation. This feature allows for a streamlined process, ensuring that all relevant information is readily accessible and that the booking can be completed with ease. Refer to Search for a Traveller and Select and Add Traveller to Booking articles for details.
Select a Travel Component
The travel components available for selection are based on your company's travel program. These chips are designed to simplify the selection process, making it easier than ever for you to find and choose the perfect travel component to suit your needs.
By default, the first booking for a Traveller will have all travel components selected, as shown in the following screenshot...
Zeno will save the travel components selected for the traveller, and these will be automatically selected for the traveller's next booking. Refer to Travel Components for details.
Build your Itinerary
The process of building an itinerary on the Setup page is very simple. The purpose of building the itinerary is to specify the search criteria to be used when sourcing availability from suppliers for the itinerary. Refer to Build an Itinerary and Build an Itinerary - Land Only for details.
Cost Centre
A cost centre refers to a specific department, division, or unit within a company that is primarily focused on the tracking and management of costs. Each cost centre in a company functions independently regarding budget and spending, allowing management to track resource allocation and effectiveness.
A cost centre is essential for financial accountability, holding each business segment responsible for its financial performance and managing costs in line with the company's goals. Refer to Select a Cost Centre for details.
Travel Policy
A travel policy provides guidelines for managing business travel within an organisation, ensuring it is cost-effective and aligned with organisational goals. Adhering to these guidelines simplifies booking, reduces confusion, and streamlines approvals, enhancing the travel experience for everyone. Refer to Select a Policy for details.
