Zeno provides you with the functionality to remove any travellers that you have previously added through the Setup page. This feature allows you to manage your traveller list efficiently, ensuring that it remains up-to-date and relevant to your current needs. By navigating to the Setup page (while building an itinerary), you can select the travellers you wish to remove, allowing for a seamless and straightforward process for maintaining your travel arrangements.
How do I remove a traveller from a booking?
Important Note
When creating an itinerary, remember that travellers can only be removed from the Setup page. If you need to adjust the traveller list during the process, go to the Setup page to make changes. After a booking is confirmed, the arranger must contact a travel expert for any modifications.
To remove a traveller from a booking...
- Click on the profile avatar and select Remove.
The selected traveller is removed from the booking, and a notification is displayed at the bottom of the application.
Select the UNDO link to reverse the action.
