Rental Car Card Components
Rental Car Overview
The Rental Car Header displays the search criteria based on details entered on the Setup page.
Where the rental car was auto-created on the Setup page based on flight details, the search criteria will display Pick-up and Drop-off details indicating these are based on flight arrival /departure at the specified airport depot.
The Auto adjust pick-up and drop-off times checkbox to auto adjust the pick-up and drop-off times to the arrival and departure time of your flights is selected by default. When you clear the checkbox or when the checkbox is not selected, a message is displayed.
Where the rental car was manually added on the Setup page with specific pick-up and drop-off details, the search criteria will display these details along with the specified location.
When a search for a rental car turns up with no availability, Zeno will automatically expand the search radius to 20 km/13 miles and perform the search again. In the Rental Car card, the search radius value is updated and a message is displayed to the traveller/travel arranger advising that the search radius has been updated.
If no results are returned even after Zeno auto-adjusting the search radius, a message will be displayed advising the traveller/travel arranger to modify their search preferences.

Preferred vs Non Preferred rental cars
Your company travel policy will determine the display of preferred and non-preferred rental cars based on one of the following...
- Your company travel policy only has preferred rental car providers, so non-preferred rental car providers will not be displayed.
- If your company travel policy is set to include preferred and non-preferred providers in a single search, the shortlist will include both preferred and non-preferred car companies; OR
- If your company travel policy is not set to include preferred and non-preferred providers in a single search, the shortlist will only display preferred car companies. Unless, there are no preferred car companies available, in which case non-preferred rental cars can be accessed as follows...

The Shortlist of rental cars is made up of all Premium Preferred vehicle types (if configured) and the cheapest vehicles from the set of available rental cars.
If no Premium Preferred cars are configured, or there are not enough Premium Preferred cars to make up the Shortlist, Zeno will next display the preferred option ordered by price, followed by non-preferred ordered by price.
The rental car details displayed are based on the selected rental car from the Shortlist (identified with the green ribbon) or a selected rental car from the List View.
