Where Send to Travel Arranger has been activated, the Traveller can build their itinerary and hand their booking off to a nominated Travel Arranger. This will send an email to the Travel Arranger, outlining booking details, and put the booking into a draft booking state, ready for the Travel Arranger to resume or cancel as required.
Important Note
This feature is not available when making a booking via the Zeno mobile app.
How to send an itinerary to a Travel Arranger?
To send an itinerary to a travel arranger...
- On the Confirm page, click the SEND TO TRAVEL ARRANGER button to send the itinerary to your Travel Arranger.
- Complete the SEND TO TRAVEL ARRANGER form.
- Click Send.
Note
- The itinerary will be saved as a draft booking and standard logic for draft bookings will apply. The draft booking can be accessed via the Booking List widget on the Dashboard, or by selecting the Manage Bookings link in the Menu.
- An email will be sent to the selected Travel Arranger with details of the draft booking including any information entered in the 'Message to Travel Arranger' field.
- Click OK.
The Dashboard will be displayed.
When you have been selected as the Travel Arranger, you will receive an email to highlight a Traveller has created a Draft Booking for you to complete on their behalf. For information on how to complete a draft booking, click here. An example of the email you will receive is shown below.
Subject: Booking Completion required - Trip for Ms Sienna Jackson to Melbourne departing Monday, 16th Mar.
Important Note
Travel arrangers do not have the capability to send an itinerary to another travel arranger.
