How to add a credit card as payment for a booking?
The option to add a credit card is ONLY displayed if Zeno is unable to source payment details and /or the corporate profile permits a credit card to be added during the booking process.
To add a credit card...
- Click the Expand icon for the required travel component.
- Click the ADD A CARD link.
Alternatively, you can also click the Add a card link.
- On the ADD CARD dialog, enter the credit card details and click the Save link.
The credit card is now applied to the selected component.
How to select the preferred payment?
To select a credit card...
- Click the SELECT CARD link for the required travel component.
- Select the radio button for the card you want to use for the component.
- Click the Save link.
The selected card will be applied to the travel component.
If one or more Travellers do not have credit card details - this could be as a result of being a Guest Traveller or no credit card details stored in the Traveller profile - the credit card details will be sourced from the lead traveller* and the message shown below will be displayed.
OR
If one or more Travellers do not have credit card details - this could be as a result of being a Guest Traveller or no credit card details stored in the Traveller profile - Zeno will attempt to source payment details as defined in the policy linked to the booking if these have been activated. If Zeno cannot source payment details from anywhere in the payment hierarchy, then the credit card details will be sourced from the lead traveller* and the message shown below will be displayed.
The lead traveller is defined as a profile traveller who has a form of payment and whose name is first in the list alphabetically'. Based on this a Guest Traveller can never be the lead traveller for a booking.
