- From within the Payment section, click on the toggle switch for Apply available credits.
The auto-allocated unused ticket will be removed from the booking.
NoteIf your company travel policy requires you to use ticket credits where they are available and you choose to unallocate the auto-allocated ticket without selecting an alternative - and subsequently no credit is being used for the booking, you will be required to provide a reason why you have broken company policy.

- From within the Payment section, click on a row for the required airline you want to choose an alternative credit for.
The available credits for the airline are displayed with the auto-allocated credit selected.

Select a radio button for an alternative credit and click Save. The Unused Credit and Trip Totals are updated accordingly.
