How to View Itinerary Details?
To display more information about the itinerary...
- On the Confirm page, scroll to the Review itinerary section.
- Click the Expand icon to view details for each component.
- To view more information, click the Expand icon .
Tip
A Missing detail icon is displayed next to Travel policy where a travel component does not meet Corporate Compliance requirements...
The compliance requirements can be completed while reviewing the itinerary details or at any time before submitting the booking.
How to Change a Flight?
To change a flight from the Confirm page...
- Click the ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Change for a flight you want to modify.
The Recommended Itinerary page will be displayed.
- Make the necessary modification and click the EXPRESS CHECKOUT button to return to the Confirm page.
- Complete all the required fields and click the BOOK button to submit the booking.
How to Change a Hotel?
To change a hotel from the Confirm page...
- Click the ACTIONS drop-down menu and select the Change option.
The Recommended Itinerary page will be displayed.
- Make the necessary modification and click the EXPRESS CHECKOUT button to return to the Confirm page.
- Complete all the required fields and click the BOOK button to submit the booking.
How to Remove a Hotel?
To remove a hotel from the Confirm page...
- Click the ACTIONS drop-down menu and select the Remove option.
The selected hotel is removed from the itinerary.
NoteTo add a hotel back to your itinerary, you will need to navigate to the Setup page and add a hotel segment.
How to Remove a Rental Car?
To remove a rental car from the Confirm page...
- Click the ACTIONS drop-down menu and select the Remove option.
The rental car is removed from the itinerary.
