The purpose of adding Additional details to a booking is to capture information specific to the booking that is required by the Corporate and/or TMC.
Additional information for the booking is captured via a series of fields. For example...
- Authoriser
- Reporting Fields (also referred to as Custom Fields)
- Notes to the TMC
Where additional information is classed as mandatory, this will be captured in the Corporate Compliance checklist.
How to add additional details?

Click anywhere in the Additional details row to expand the Additional details panel.

Enter an Order Number (Task Number, Reference Number, Order Ticket, etc), select an Authoriser name from the drop-down list and write a brief description.
- Click the SAVE link.
