The purpose of adding Additional details to a booking is to capture information specific to the booking that is required by the Corporate and/or TMC.
Additional information for the booking is captured via a series of fields. For example...
- Authoriser
- Reporting Fields (also referred to as Custom Fields)
- Notes to the TMC
Where additional information is classed as mandatory, this will be captured in the Corporate Compliance checklist.
How to add additional details?
To add Additional details...
- Click anywhere in the Additional details row to expand the Additional details panel.
- Enter an Order Number (Task Number, Reference Number, Order Ticket, etc), select an Authoriser name from the drop-down list and write a brief description.
- Click the SAVE link.
