There are specific elements of a booking that must be completed to submit the booking. In some instances, a company travel policy will determine what information is mandatory to submit a booking and at times the TMC will require information. Whichever party requires the information, this is all captured in one easy-to-read checklist, so you can quickly ascertain what is required to submit the booking.

You may choose to complete the mandatory details as you review each section of the Confirm page or you may choose to just work from the checklist as described below.

• icon indicates details are still outstanding or a travel component does not meet Corporate Compliance requirements.
• icon indicates all required details are completed and all Corporate Compliance requirements have been met.

In addition to the items specified in the checklist, depending on the company travel policy, you may be required to read and accept the rules and conditions associated with the booking. Expand the Terms and Conditions row to view details.

Each panel on the Review and confirm details checklist will...

• Highlight what information is missing
• Provide a link to redirect you to the respective section on the Confirm page.

To complete Corporate Compliance requirements...

1. Click on the panel within the checklist.
2. Complete details as required and select save (or submit in some cases).
3. Scroll back to the checklist to complete the remaining items.

Following is an example where corporate compliance needs more information...

This corporate mandates if the lowest airfare has not been selected for a flight, a reason must be provided as to why.  This is captured on the checklist.

Expand the panel to select a reason.

Upon submitting/saving the reason, this item is updated in the checklist as complete.

Read and Accept Rules and Provider Terms and Conditions

To read the rules and provider terms and conditions...

1. Expand the Terms and Conditions panel.

   

   A list of travel component rules is displayed.

   

2. Click the links to read the rules for a travel component.

   

   Tip

   To close the rules click back on the description or anywhere along that row.

3. Select the I understand and accept all the rules and conditions checkbox.
