This article describes the navigation options that provide users with easy access to the various features and functionalities of the Zeno mobile app, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience while planning and managing their trips.
Upon Login
By default, upon login, the traveller will be directed to the My trips screen, unless the traveller is within 24 hours of departing travel, in which case the default view will be Travel Concierge. Directing travellers to My Trips upon login is a logical choice ensuring that travellers can easily access the necessary information, whether planning future trips or actively preparing for imminent travel.
Default Menu
The default menu can be accessed by tapping the Hamburg icon in the top navigation bar.

Menu Option | Description |

My trips | Bookings created in Zeno (on the desktop) will be displayed within My trips giving travellers a centralised hub where they can easily access their itinerary details, make changes, or obtain important information related to their travel plans. |
Travel concierge | A real-time travel assistant. It provides relevant information and alerts to the traveller, based on their travel itinerary. |
Call travel expert | Travellers can reach their travel expert associated with the booking by tapping the Call travel expert. |
My Profiles | Tap to view your profile details such as passport number, preferred departure city, food preferences and membership details. |
Show More | Tap to view more menu options, including quick access to the Expense login, feedback to help us improve the mobile app experience and links to Serko's privacy policy and terms and conditions. |
