The feedback survey powered by Pendo has been designed and implemented enabling travellers/travel arrangers to give us feedback about their booking experience and enable us to measure customer satisfaction for Zeno.
Pendo is a feedback management software that enables corporates to collect customer feedback to deliver a better customer experience.
- The survey will be displayed to sample feedback and may be on any booking page or post-booking page.
- The Pendo feedback survey is displayed once every 7 days and not after the completion of every booking.
- Serko respects user privacy and we do not collect personal information when the feedback form is submitted unless the traveller/travel arranger provides information via the survey that allows them to be identified. To ensure that the survey is anonymous, where Serko asks for feedback that involves the traveller/travel arranger giving star ratings, travellers/travel arrangers should not include any personal information.
- It is not mandatory to fill in the feedback form, but we would appreciate it if you could tell us about your booking experience.
