Shop and Review New Flights
Zeno will initially display up to 6 flight options for the traveller/travel arranger to select from for the first flight sector being changed.
Note When changing a flight in a booking, Zeno will ONLY display one fare per flight. Where Zeno returns more than 6 flight results, travellers/travel arrangers can select Show all X available options to see more results, as shown in the following screenshot...
Zeno will recommend a flight, based on the flight with the closest departure time to the time indicated on the Select change page and it will always appear at the top of the flight results, as shown in the following screenshot...
When changing more than one flight in a booking, you will first need to select a new flight for the first sector, then click the CONFIRM SELECTION button, then select the second (and subsequent) flights in their booking.
Note Subsequent flights to be changed are greyed out, indicating you need to select a new flight in a prior card before being able to choose a new flight for the other sectors, as shown in the following screenshot... Note Where Fulfillment (Booking) Lead Time has been configured, you can select a flight that meets the criteria. Where flights do not meet the criteria, they are greyed out and you will not able to select them, as shown in the following screenshot... You can click on the CHANGE SELECTION link to change it to another flight if required, as shown in the following screenshot...
When only some flights in the booking are being changed, the flights not being changed will be visible on the chosen page, BUT you are unable to change them, as shown in the following screenshot...
Payment - Trip Change Total
When changing one or more flights in Zeno, the amount displayed beside each flight and in the Trip change total field indicates the TOTAL cost for all flights being changed. This includes any airline change fee, if applicable.
Note No configuration is required to surface airline change fees. Sabre will determine this when checking the rules of the ticket that is changed. The amount can be 1 of 3 scenarios...
- An additional collection - (for example, $643.00) which you will need to pay upon change booking completion.
- An even exchange - (for example, $0.00) means there is no cost to change the flight/s.
- A credit amount - (for example, $59.99.00CR) which means a Travel Expert will need to process a refund.
When you hover over the trip total on a flight sector, a tooltip will appear advising you the cost is for all flights being changed, as shown in the following screenshot...
If you hover over the Trip change total at the top of the page, a fare breakdown dialog will appear, showing the fare difference (if any) and the airline change fee (if any), as shown in the following screenshot...
When you are happy with your flight choices, click the CONTINUE button, as shown in the following screenshot...
- Confirm and Book
On the Confirm page, one can review their changes before submitting the changed booking, as shown in the following screenshot...
In the Payment section, the Trip change total will also display the cost, if any, to change the flight/s. Zeno will add the form of payment used in the original booking to the PNR once the changes are confirmed.
Note If any additional costs are incurred, they will be charged by the Travel Expert. If the change total is a credit, an information banner will be displayed advising that the Travel Expert will need to process the refund, as shown in the following screenshot...
Change Booking ReasonWhere the Corporate Option - Change Booking Reason has been activated ie. is set to Air Changes - Post Ticketing, you will be required to select a Change reason on the Confirm page for changing the booking post ticketing, as shown in the following screenshot...
If you try to submit the changed booking before selecting a Change reason, you will be unable to proceed with the booking.

During a successful submission process, the original flights booked in the PNR will be cancelled and a new flight/s will be booked.
