The Zeno Menu gives you easy access to all your Travel Management tools in one convenient location.

Your User Roles / Permissions will determine the menu items available to select.
When you first arrive at the Dashboard, the Zeno Menu will be shown by default. If your screen is smaller, the Zeno Menu will automatically close to accommodate the screen size.

Profiles | The Profiles area is where you will come to create and manage Traveller profiles.

Marketplace | This area is currently under development but this will be where you go to customise the widgets that are displayed on the Dashboard. |
Expenses | For Corporates that use Serko Expense, selecting Manage Expenses provides the ability to link and access Serko Travel and Serko Expense.
For now, we recommend using the widget from the Dashboard to manage expenses. Click here for information on the Expenses widget. |
Reporting | Selecting Reporting will take you straight into the Reporting tab in Serko Online. You can select to run your reports in the normal manner. |
My Profiles | Selecting Administration will take you straight into the Administration tab in Serko Online. You can then complete administration tasks in a normal manner. |
Submit Feedback | Selecting Submit Feedback will open an email to send your feedback to your Travel Expert. This option is only displayed if a feedback email has been configured by your TMC. |
