Traveller profiles can be managed in Zeno, allowing you to edit and update details such as personal information, roles and permissions, travel documents, and traveller preferences. Additionally, membership and loyalty program details can be maintained, ensuring that this information is always shared with suppliers, giving travellers peace of mind.
How do I manage a traveller profile?

You might not be able to edit your traveller profile directly in Zeno if your TMC uses a different system to manage traveller profiles. To change your profile in this situation, please contact your TMC.
To manage your profile...
- Click on your profile avatar and click the My Profile link; OR
- Click the My Profile link in the side navigation menu.

To manage a profile of a traveller...
- From the side navigation menu, click Profiles and select Manage Profiles from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Traveller Name or email address of the Traveller in the search field, as shown in the following screenshot...
- Click on the Traveller name to manage their profile.
