How do I manage a traveller profile?

You may find that the option to edit your traveller profile directly within Zeno is unavailable, as the Edit link may not appear on your profile page. This situation typically arises when your TMC uses a different system for managing traveller profiles. If you need to make any changes to your profile, it is advisable to reach out to your TMC for assistance. They will be able to guide you through the necessary steps to update your information effectively.
To manage your profile...
- Click on your profile avatar and click the My Profile link; OR
- Click the My Profile link in the side navigation menu.

- Manage Linked Authorisers
- Travel documents - Manage Passports and Visas
- Manage Memberships - Manage Frequent Flyer Membership and Other Loyalty Programs
- Preferences - Manage seating preferences, dietary requirements and other preferences
- Payment Methods - Manage credit cards and other payment methods
- Activity - View activity and history of changes on this account
To manage a profile of a traveller...
- From the side navigation menu, click Profiles and select Manage Profiles from the drop-down list.

Enter the Traveller Name or email address of the Traveller in the search field, as shown in the following screenshot...

Click on the Traveller name to manage their profile.
