The Share Booking functionality provides the ability for you to share a booking with a colleague. In turn, your colleague can view the booking details from their Shared Booking list and if required clone the booking.
How to share a booking?
- On the Booking Details page, click the SHARE button.

The Share button will appear except for bookings created by your Travel Expert on your behalf (also referred to as Offline Booking or fulfilment of an Assisted Request).
- On the Share trip dialog, enter the email address of the person you want to send the trip details to.
Tip
A minimum of three characters should be entered to display the list of corresponding names.
A booking can only be shared with one person at a time. To select a person by email address, their entire email address must be entered for their name to appear.
- Click SHARE
- Click Close on the Share trip confirmation dialog,
The recipient of the shared booking will receive an email informing them that a booking has been shared with them. This email will outline the tip details.
TipWhen the traveller/travel arranger logs into Zeno, they can view bookings that have been shared with them from the booking widget by selecting the SHARED tab.
- Click Clone to make a copy of the booking that has been shared with them and the booking is then removed from their Shared Bookings list; or
- Select the delete icon to remove the booking from their Shared Booking list.
