It is important to note that on the Booking Details page, you will only find information about the number of pieces of luggage that are permitted for your journey. Unfortunately, Zeno does not provide any details regarding the weight limitations for your luggage. It is advisable to visit the official website of the airline you are flying with. This will ensure that you have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the weight restrictions applicable to your baggage. Alternatively, you may also consider reaching out to your travel expert for assistance.
- Rate your booking experience and the booking tool by completing the Pendo Feedback Survey.
- Export the itinerary to add to their calendar.
- Share the booking with a colleague.
- Add a rental car or hotel accommodation to their booking.
- Handle their booking, such as cancelling the entire trip or making advanced flight changes, from the Manage menu.
- View Carbon emission details - the total CO2 values for the entire flight itinerary. If their company has signed up for Zeno's integrated travel program the Carbon Emissions panel will also display the total CO2 values for the entire flight itinerary and the corporate-specific cost to offset the booked flights.
