You can check the hotel amenities that matter for your stay. For example, find out if breakfast is included and whether free Wi-Fi is available, as many travellers need it for work. Reading guest reviews can give you valuable insights into service quality and overall satisfaction, helping you make a better decision. Additionally, think about the various payment options available, as they can affect the ease of booking your stay.

How do I book an accommodation?
To book an accommodation...
- Click the New Booking button or click the Bookings link in the left menu and select Create new booking from the drop-down list.
- On the Setup page, search for and select a traveller from the list of travellers, and click the Apply button.
Tip If a traveller profile is not found, the Add Guest Traveller button is displayed. -
Build your itinerary by choosing your destination city and your check-in and check-out dates.
Tip If required, select a Cost Centre or a Policy. Refer to Select a Cost Centre and Select a Policy articles for more details. - Select the CONTINUE TO ITINERARY button. Zeno will prepare a Recommended Itinerary based on the information entered on the Setup page.
- From the Recommended Itinerary page, select a hotel from the options displayed.
- You can use filters to customise your search and find an accommodation that suits your requirements. Refer to Recommended Itinerary for Hotels for more information.

You can check the icons displayed, which give important details about the amenities included with your accommodation. These icons offer a quick way to see features like breakfast availability, free Wi-Fi, room size, accepted payment methods, and more. By looking at these icons, you'll have a better idea of what to expect during your stay, making sure your needs and preferences are met.
- Click on the CONTINUE TO EXTRAS or EXPRESS CHECKOUT buttons.
- On the Confirm page, complete the following information...
- Ensure the traveller and itinerary details are correct and payment details are completed.
- Complete the Special Requests and Additional Info section to provide any further details if required.
- Expand the Terms and Conditions panel, read the rules for a travel component, and select the I understand and accept all the rules and conditions checkbox.
- Click the Book button to complete your booking. You can view details of your booking on the Booking details page.
