| We have resized the green corner ribbon that identifies Premier Preferred Hotels (also known as Corporate Preferred) in the Suggested view. This change ensures the distance value for these hotels is displayed more clearly, enhancing user experience with a more readable and visually appealing presentation.

| We have updated hotel map icons when the Only show available properties filter is not selected (OFF) so travellers/travel arrangers can now see the specific reasons why a hotel is unavailable.
For hotels that are sold out, the map pin will display Sold out. For hotels that are unavailable because of policy configuration, the map pin will display Restricted. |

A few years ago, we introduced a booking experience feedback form powered by Survicate for travellers/travel arrangers to complete upon finishing a booking. In our ongoing commitment to improving Zeno, we have replaced Survicate with a new feedback survey powered by Pendo. This survey allows travellers/travel arrangers to provide feedback on their booking experience, measure customer satisfaction with Zeno, and give us a better understanding of the voice of our customers through contextualized input.
