Booking a rental car in Zeno is straightforward and stress-free. Choose your pick-up and drop-off locations, along with the dates and times, and Zeno will suggest rental cars based on your previous travel preferences and corporate policy guidelines.
Zeno offers a diverse range of vehicles to meet various requirements and preferences. You can reserve/book deluxe cars for a more luxurious experience, SUVs for those needing extra space and versatility, or sedans for a comfortable and efficient ride. Additionally, Zeno provides speciality vehicles, including heavy-duty vehicles such as utes (utility) designed for the mining industry, ensuring that even the most specific and demanding needs are met. This comprehensive selection ensures that every traveller can find a vehicle that perfectly matches their requirements.
We've got you covered if you don't drive or prefer not to. You can book a transfer service to and from the airport for a hassle-free travel experience. This way, you can relax and enjoy your journey without worrying about transportation.

How do I Book a Rental Car?
To book a rental car...
- Click the New Booking button or click the Bookings link in the left menu and select Create new booking from the drop-down list.
- On the Setup page, search for and select a traveller from the list of travellers, and click the Apply button.
Tip If a traveller profile is not found, the Add Guest Traveller button is displayed. -
Build your itinerary by choosing your location city and your pick-up/drop-off dates and times. If the drop-off is different from the pick-up location, you can adjust it manually by clicking the Edit option.
Tip If required, select a Cost Centre or a Policy. Refer to Select a Cost Centre and Select a Policy articles for more details. - Select the CONTINUE TO ITINERARY button. Zeno will prepare a Recommended Itinerary based on the information entered on the Setup page.
- From the Recommended Itinerary page, select a rental car from the options displayed. You can use filters to customise your search and find a rental car that suits your requirements. Refer to Recommended Itinerary for Rental Cars for more information.
- Click on the CONTINUE TO EXTRAS or EXPRESS CHECKOUT buttons.
- On the Confirm page, complete the following information...
- Ensure the traveller and itinerary details are correct and payment details are completed.
- Complete the Special Requests and Additional Info section to provide any further details if required.
- Expand the Terms and Conditions panel, read the rules for a travel component, and select the I understand and accept all the rules and conditions checkbox.
- Click the Book button to complete your booking. You can view details of your booking on the Booking details page.
