What is a Connected Trip?
A connected trip refers to the seamless integration and coordination of various components within an itinerary, designed to facilitate smooth transitions and optimise schedules for travellers. This concept ensures that all elements of the journey work harmoniously together, reducing the likelihood of delays and enhancing the overall travel experience. In Zeno, users have the flexibility to include a comprehensive range of sectors in their itinerary. This includes essential travel components such as flights, hotel accommodations, rental cars, and transfers. Alternatively, users can choose to select specific sectors that will operate in conjunction with one another. This customised approach provides a personalised travel experience, taking into account individual preferences and needs, while ensuring that all aspects of the journey are connected for greater efficiency and convenience.
Examples of a connected trip...
