Booking a multi-stop international trip in Zeno is straightforward and stress-free.
With Zeno, travellers and travel arrangers can enjoy a smooth booking process when looking to book multi-sector international routes. Different elements of an itinerary—like flights, accommodations, and car rentals—are brought together and organised to ensure easy transitions and well-optimised schedules.
Important Note
- If you encounter any errors or experience difficulties during the booking process, if you face any booking failures, or are unable to submit a booking, we encourage you to reach out to your Travel Expert for assistance. They have the expertise to help you overcome any challenges.
- It's possible that you won't have the same booking experience as multi-stop international is a premium offering.
- Unfortunately, it's not possible to add Transfers to a multi-stop international itinerary.
How do I book a Multi-Stop International Trip?
To book a multi-stop international trip...
- Click the New Booking button or click the Bookings link in the left menu and select Create new booking from the drop-down list.
- Search for and select a traveller from the list of travellers and click the Apply button.
Tip If a traveller profile is not found, the Add Guest Traveller button is displayed. -
Build your itinerary. Select more flight sectors to build a multi-stop itinerary (you can search up to 6 sectors on the Setup page).
Tip If required, select a Cost Centre or a Policy. Refer to Select a Cost Centre and Select a Policy articles for more details. - Select the CONTINUE TO ITINERARY button. Zeno will prepare a Recommended Itinerary based on the information entered on the Setup page. On the Recommended Itinerary page, you will be presented with the Fare Matrix, offering you a straightforward and interactive view of the best logical fares for each carrier per cabin, taking the entire journey into account and helping you select journeys more quickly.
- From the Recommended Itinerary page...
- The fare matrix tooltip will be displayed, providing information that helps better understand the fare matrix.
TipSometimes, the tooltip will appear as expected, while at other times, you may need to click the Information icon

- In the Fare Matrix, hover the cursor to view the total trip duration.
- Begin your trip selection directly from the Fare Matrix view by clicking on any airfare in the table. Select your flight and fare from the fly card, and click the NEXT button in the fly card to proceed to the next flight in the journey.
- Complete selecting all your flights, and then select your land arrangements.
- For journeys that span multiple sectors and international travel, it's possible to cross datelines. Zeno will now show the hotel options once all flights have been confirmed by you. This helps Zeno determine the right check-in and check-out dates for their chosen itinerary. Refer to Recommended Itinerary for Hotels for more information.
- The rental car card will show rental cars with pick-up and drop-off times adjusted to match the depot's operating hours for your selected option. Refer to Recommended Itinerary for Rental Cars for more information.
- Click on the CONTINUE TO EXTRAS or EXPRESS CHECKOUT buttons. These buttons can only be selected when all the chosen fares are valid.
- The fare matrix tooltip will be displayed, providing information that helps better understand the fare matrix.
- On the Confirm page...
- Ensure the traveller and itinerary details are correct and payment details are completed.
- Complete the Special Requests and Additional Info section to provide any further details if required.
- Expand the Terms and Conditions panel, read the rules for a travel component, and select the I understand and accept all the rules and conditions checkbox.
- Click the Book button to complete your booking. You can view details of your booking on the Booking details page.
Note
On the Booking details page, the payment total will be the total cost for all travellers if the booking is for multiple passengers in the same PNR.
